I am reading Karen Hall's Dark Debts , an excellent mystery/horror novel that I decided I just HAD to get after reading a particularly good entry in her Some Have Hats blog.

Hi, I saw your blog. great job. i have known the FSp Sisters for yrs now but even though they wont consider me for a discernment in their community, would a pauline cooperator be best??? I do things similar to their mission, i travel around with my gradnparents, and now with a religous Sister from the handmaids fo Nazareth!!!! could you tell me the requirements of a Pauline cooperator?????

Hi, and thanks for the comments. To become a Pauline Cooperator, you go through a process first of discernment, then of preparation. You can see what's involved if you take a look at the Period of Inquiry and Manual for Time of Preparation, at http://cooperators.daughtersofstpaul.com/formation/index.php
If you are near a Pauline Book and Media Center, you can probably find a sister to talk to about becoming a cooperator. Or you could do the exercises online, as I did. It took me three years but it need not take that long. Email me at rstabosz@gmail.com if you want to explore further.

I'm sorry for being intrusive in to your blog. But I am Melissa and I am a mother of two that is just trying to get out of an incredible financial debt. See my hubby is away in Iraq trying to protect this great country that we live in, and I am at home with our two kids telling bill collectors please be patiant. When my husband returns from war we will beable to catch up on our payments. We have already had are 2001 Ford repossessed from the bank, and are now down to a 83 buick that is rusted from front to back and the heater don't work, and tire tax is due in November.
I'm not asking for your pitty because we got our ownselfs into this mess but we would love you and thank you in our prayers if you would just keep this link on your blog for others to view.
